Form Interrogatories (General) - $149
Special Interrogatories - $249
Interrogatories are written questions designed to discover key facts about an opposing party’s case. Interrogatories can be sent only to the opposing party in a case, not to witnesses, who are instead asked questions only at a deposition.. Interrogatories are part of the pretrial discovery stage of a lawsuit, and must be answered under penalty of perjury.
Form Interrogatories are general questions asked in specific cases, such as personal injury, family law, or breach of contract cases. These are pre-typed and typically judicially suggested interrogatories.
Special Interrogatories are not pre-printed questions, but instead are tailored to your needs and particular information requests in your matter.
We can assist you with the preparation of both form and special interrogatories. We will draft your interrogatories at your direction as well as serve them upon the other party or counsel in the matter. Interrogatories are not filed with the court, but instead a copy is served upon the opposing party and you retain the original for future use.
If you have been served with interrogatories and require assistance in answering them, the same rates apply.
